Responsible AI at AlayaFlux

We are early-stage, so this page is a statement of principles and commitments, not a list of certifications. We will update it as our products launch.

How we protect your data

• We collect only the data a feature genuinely needs.
• We do not sell personal data.
• Access to user data is limited to the people who need it to run the service.
• Student data from our education product will not be used to train AI models without clear consent.

Reducing bias

No AI system is completely free of bias, and we do not claim ours is. We work to reduce it:

• Testing with Indian languages, regions and communities, not only English examples.
• Reviewing outputs for stereotypes and unfair answers before and after release.
• Fixing problems that users report.

Transparency and human oversight

• Our products will always make clear that you are talking to an AI.
• Our legal and healthcare assistants give general information. They do not replace a lawyer or a doctor.

Language and access

We build for people often left out of AI's first wave, including regional-language speakers and users with low bandwidth. This site is available in English and Hindi, with more Indian languages to follow.

Raise a concern

If you see an unfair, harmful or incorrect AI output, or have a privacy concern, write to alayaflux@gmail.com. Every report is read.
