This policy covers the AlayaFlux website, alayaflux.com. Our products will have their own policies before they are released to the public.

What we collect

• This website has no sign-up, no forms and no advertising or analytics trackers.
• Your language choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.
• If you email us, we receive your email address and the message you send.
• If you send a job application, we receive the resume and details you choose to share.

How we use it

We use emails and applications only to reply to you and, for applications, to consider you for a role. We do not sell or rent your data.

Hosting and third parties

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages and uses Google Fonts. These providers may log technical details such as your IP address when you visit, under their own privacy policies.

Retention and your rights

We keep emails and applications only as long as needed for the purpose above. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to alayaflux@gmail.com. We aim to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children

Our planned education product is for students of Class 3 to 10. Before it launches, we will publish a dedicated policy covering parental consent and minimal data collection.
